Advanced Practice Provider
We’re hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants (sometimes called Physician Associates) with acute care experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, family practice or internal medicine to join our growing team.
As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) at DispatchHealth, you’ll deliver complex care in the home. You’ll assess, diagnose, treat, and manage a broad spectrum of medical needs for patients of all ages—right where they live. You’ll be equipped to perform advanced clinical services like point-of-care labs, IV medications, wound care, and minor procedures. And you’ll help patients navigate recovery with thoughtful follow-up and care coordination.
This is hands-on, mission-driven care—meeting people at their most vulnerable and helping them heal safely at home.

Testimonials
I am an outdoors type person, so I love being out and about instead of being in an office or clinic all day. Also, seeing pts in the home, we're able to gain a much better understanding of and grasp on the patient and their situation. We're just able to provide much more individualized care in the home setting.
Karen M., APP
Our organization prioritizes our APPs, allowing them to practice to their full scope while consistently offering educational opportunities to expand their knowledge and skills. I feel proud to contribute to a company that genuinely makes a difference in people’s lives daily!
Brendan L., Director of Clinical Practice, New Market Lead-East
I worked in ED and Urgent Care for several years before coming to DispatchHealth. After a while, you start to question whether you're really making a difference in these settings. I was so impressed with how much we were actually able to do for the patients, how often we were able to keep them out of the ED and how grateful and appreciative the patients and families are.
